Marketwavz is an information and technology service. Marketwavz is not an investment adviser, broker, financial adviser, portfolio manager or other regulated financial intermediary.

All information made available through Marketwavz is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, data-provider interruptions, upgrades or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Features may be added, modified, suspended or discontinued as Marketwavz evolves.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Marketwavz platform, software, design, branding, interfaces, original analyses and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Marketwavz and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party market data, trademarks, content and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Use of the Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marketwavz and its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for losses arising from or related to investment or trading decisions; investment losses or lost profits; reliance on information provided through the Services; inaccurate, incomplete or delayed market or economic data; AI-generated errors or interpretations; missed, delayed or incorrect notifications; market movements; third-party services or data; interruptions or unavailability of the Services; or unauthorized access or technical failures outside our reasonable control.

You acknowledge that you make investment and trading decisions at your own risk and that Marketwavz provides information rather than financial advice or investment management.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Marketwavz makes no guarantee that the Services will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or suitable for a particular investment objective.

Certain Marketwavz features may require a paid subscription or other payment. Where paid Services are offered, applicable prices, billing periods, renewal terms and cancellation rights will be disclosed before purchase. Additional terms may apply to particular paid products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

We may restrict or suspend access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, breach of these Terms or threats to the integrity of the Services. You may stop using Marketwavz at any time. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Marketwavz may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, applicable law, business operations or other relevant circumstances. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes. The current version of these Terms will be made available through the Marketwavz website or application.

The processing of personal data in connection with Marketwavz is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, except where mandatory law provides you with the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
